EDŌ brings you a relaxed dining experience where you can enjoy the tastes of the best ingredients from around Europe. Head chef and owner Jonny Elliott brings a huge passion for food from his extensive experience working across Europe, including for top chefs Gordon Ramsay and Gary Rhodes.
EDŌ is ideal for those wanting to experience a range of tastes through a sharing themed menu. For those who prefer a more traditional service, the starter and main course format is still available. Edo is one of only a very small number of restaurants to cook using a Bertha oven, which allows for the chefs to cook with apple and pear wood to give dishes a distintive, smokey flavour.

Amazing food - we had traditional Steak & Salmon which were both cooked perfectly. Tapas was also lovely, and the seasonal veg which came with our main tasted like it was pulled from the ground that day! Great atmosphere in the restaurant and attentive staff. A fine dining experience!
Was recommended this restaurant for a late booking for 6 on a Saturday night in Belfast. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful, food was wonderful and the service great. Would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit!!!
